For Dolls:
- All sex dolls are equipped with ONE-YEAR service warranty and LIFETIME limited warranty.
- If your doll has any quality issues within one year start from the day you place orders, you can send it back and we will repair the doll for free. VSDoll will cover part repair/replacement costs, you just need to pay for the shipping cost.
- After one year warranty, VSDoll still take the responsibility of repairing your dolls for free. You are only responsible for the parts repair/replacement cost and shipping, if any.
- All AI dolls are eligible with FREE LIFETIME software upgrades.
For Accessories:
- Due to the nature of adult products, the accessories sale ends at the point of package delivered.
Note: The warranty will be void if it’s an invalid claim.
Invalid Claims
VSDoll warranty only valid for those claims caused by damage sustained despite normal and safe use, and does not cover:
- Any malfunction or damage not resulting from workmanship.
- Damage resulting from general neglect, or unsafe use or misuse, whether cognizant or accidental.
- Damage resulting from natural causes includes but is not limited to lightning, flood, or other natural disasters.
- Theft or loss of the products.
- Damage caused by operating the device outside the permitted or intended use, or damage caused due to the negligence of instructions issued by VSDoll.
- Claims for non-defective products.
